Job Title: Software Engineer (60% Development, 40% Support)

Location: Remote (EU-based)

Reporting to: CTO

Who We Are:

We are challengers in cybersecurity, audit, and compliance. Lupasafe is a global SaaS company, founded by ethical hackers and fintech innovators. Our mission is to automate cybersecurity, audit, and compliance for SMEs, MSPs, accountants, and auditors. We deliver intelligent visibility of risks, with tailored training, testing and reporting for Cyber Essentials, NIS2, and NIST frameworks.

What You Will Do:

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with a passion for cybersecurity and development. This role is split into 60% development and 40% support and will involve:

• Designing & developing the Lupasafe SaaS platform.

• Troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure issues.

• Supporting our internal teams and clients (MSPs and SMEs).

• Applying security by design and privacy by design principles in all development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain a secure, efficient, and scalable system

• Collaborate internally and externally to ensure that products meet the highest security standards.

• Provide technical support to clients and assist in issue resolution.

• Deploy and manage systems in Azure.

• Identify new opportunities and solutions that improvements our client service, platform, and operations.

What You Bring:

• Proficiency in .NET, MSSQL, Azure Cloud, Docker, Windows, Linux, and MacOS, Android and iOS.

• Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and problem-solve.

• Solid experience in cyber security and deploying applications in cloud environments (Azure preferred).

• 32-40 hours a week

• A mid-level experience (3-7 years) in similar roles.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Certifications like CISSP, OSCP, or related security certifications.

• Experience of SAAS

• Experience working with Cyber Essentials, ISO27001, or NIST frameworks.

• Familiarity with MSPs and SME clients.

Salary & Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary based on experience and market rates. For a mid-level candidate in the EU zone, the salary range is €25.000 – €40.000 annually. You will also enjoy:
